RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wowfinds, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

 

We accept return and refund requests within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date only. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must all be met:

 

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
  • - You must provide clear photographic or video evidence (screenshot/photo) showing the exact issue with the product (e.g., defective item, wrong item received, damaged packaging).
  • - The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • - The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

 

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • - Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • - Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
  • - Minor color or size variations due to screen display differences.
  • - Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • - Requests made after the 7-day window from delivery.
  • - Lost packages where the tracking shows "Delivered" to the provided address.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

 

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at wowfindsbiz@gmail.com with the following:

 

  1. Your order number.
  2. 2. A clear screenshot or photo showing the issue with the product.
  3. 3. A brief description of the problem.

We will review your request within 3-5 business days. Wowfinds reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the evidence provided.

 

APPROVED REFUNDS

 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Wowfinds.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

 

All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
