ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

 

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

However, Wowfinds is not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Wowfinds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. We are unable to redirect shipments once an order has been dispatched.
